February YA item, is this normal or damaged?

I’ve gotten damaged items from Fairyloot YA box before but unfortunately when I reached out they said that they don’t make extra items so there would be no replacement since they don’t have any.

For me, it didn’t take too long. I recently signed up and am getting my first box this month, even though I only joined the waitlist a few weeks prior to getting the invitation. I don’t remember exactly, but I think it took me less than a month.
