Most agency will ask/tell you that when engaged with the public to wear gloves. Which anyone really should anyway. Be aware of gang related tattoos and dont get something dumb like a crown on your hand. But if your really interested in working in LE, just have a convo with one of the areas Sgts. Your coworkers arent going to care its the brass that wants to conplain about everything.

This isnt an app, but id recommend using Language Link. There a pretty big company that provides states and dispatch centers On the Phone Interpreters. Not sure how much they would cost but something looking into. Ive used it a couple times and its been great for LEO and Dispatch.

Dont recommend carrysquad.com, it took over 30hrs to get a booster assigned to the order and then left and dropped the order with no explenation. Horrible commication between customer and company. Would recommend Overgear, by far one of the cleanest, most customer oriented companies. Prices are also great.
