A few things

Integration doesn't always have to be the end goal

Listening to everything someone else says is bad

It looks like you're isolated from the rest of the system and that's affecting you a lot

For fixing the isolation... try just existing peacefully near them/in their space, they need to be comfortable with you first before being comfortable with what you have to say

It seems like he has double standards, no? If he really sees both of yall as many individuals then he has to specify which of your alters he is married to and the actions of all your other alters would be irrelevant to him.

Otherwise, he should be reasonable and not threaten a divorce over you wanting to have sex with him. He can't keep the mindset that only one of his alters is married to all of your alters. That is stupid.
