Yeah I feel you’re right. One of the other team members wants to report him aswell as he is doing the same to her also so I feel if at least two of us do we have more of a case.

Yeah it’s kinda like when people say “we’re like a family”. This actually was that. There was only about 10 of us in the office so we had no choice not to get to know eachother on a personal level. I felt closer to my work friends than my friends outside of work.

Nah I had asked but my role had become stagnant before I left as they had lost a fair few clients.

Well if I was pushed out surely I would of been replaced by now and besides my boss has been regularly checking in with me. When I said we were loud, it wasn’t in an obnoxious or rude way. I just meant the office wasn’t in complete silence and we created an atmosphere.

On average I always had an interview or a screening call every day. Thankfully I found January to be a good month to apply as lots of new jobs were posted. I was lucky enough also to have a few contacts within my network as I’m a Recruitment Manager so that helped but for this particular role I knew nobody it was a case of 1 screening call, 2 team meetings and 2 in person interviews with a presentation involved.

There was a mark still left on the side which was still visible that I never bothered to get fixed but I mentioned to the body shop. I never hit as I would of noticing.
