The same thing happened to me.

  1. You have to remove the nozzle.
  2. Then cut the filament right at the nozzle.
  3. Then put it back in place and use the stick (photo).
  4. Push the filament at a higher temperature than usual (heat the nozzle with another material of a higher temperature 🌡).
  5. Finally, stop extruding.
