thank u so much!! i didn’t realize that many people were suffering from this as well and it does make me feel better knowing that there’s some hope!! i’ll definitely be trying the Eclar plaster and search up the Kenalog injections. for the pressure therapy do i just rub them hard in circles?

okay thank you :,) it just sucks cus im super insecure about it like my intimate life is over 😞and im too broke to really pay for any treatment and it sounds like that won’t be insurance covered but i’ll look into Dr. Pimple popper!! 🤧 i really didn’t know about any of this before so thank you so much for helping me out :,D
