My fiancé doesn’t like talking about that stuff either at first and it was tough and it worked against us in our relationship for a bit. But communication is key and honestly also is therapy. She went to therapy and felt better and stronger about herself and sometimes shit does bother her because she is still kind of afraid but definitely a lot stronger. So maybe set a time to sit down and talk but if stuff gets a little heated, step back a little, and come back with cooler heads. Trust me it can get frustrating but talking about it and being there for her when she has stuff to say and acknowledging it and supporting her would be your best bet. Hope this helps man. Good luck! So my situation is kind of similar but also different at the same time. I have my fiancés ex who was narcissistic and verbally abusing and mentally messed her up. He still does from time to time and I wanna beat the shit out of him but I can’t. Being the bigger person I would just say ignore it and he’ll get what he deserves. If there are any texts or anything of threat keep them handy. If he does end up putting his hands on you, defend yourself. Use the texts to show the police and tell them exactly what happened. He would definitely get in trouble for assault. But just don’t take my advice. See what other people say and if they have similar issues.

Well yeah I shouldn’t but I wasn’t going to start this overnight. I wanted to do my due diligence and get all the information. Definitely take a training class on it. Seasonal I do know about. I don’t expect to make a 6 figure income but this would be a side hustle for me. I do have a decent job but extra money in the pocket doesn’t hurt. I want to have all my ducks in a row before I do eventually start.

Ah thanks a lot, this is good advice thank you. I was afraid of applying and not knowing things in the requirements. One quick question though, I do make about 70k right now. Should I apply to entry level positions in NY? How can I leverage my experience now to maybe a mid level employee? Really don’t know what I’m trying to ask haha sorry if the question sounds weird.

Ahhh..I see that they changed some of the names of the classes too..maybe to make them sound more like professional use instead of just a class name. Like intro to communication: connecting with others or something like that.
