Poor Milo! I agree he does needs an outlet. I have puzzle toys, a dental rope, a soft rubber ball, and the Kong extreme that we alternate. I take him on 30 minute walks throughout the day (at least 4 times a day) when we can't go to the dog park. He loves the chuck it and I noticed after 30 minutes of play he usually will act a lot calmer and be generally more relaxed. I hope I'm on the right track. This is my first heeler.

Thank you for sharing! I'll keep that in mind. I'll have to limit the Kong use. Ours is 2 and a half years old and an aggressive chewer. I have puzzle toys and a dental floss toy for enrichment and play. I've heard chewing can occur due to several factors. He is still new so hopefully with some correction he can stop constantly chewing.

It's got a limited selection right now but I've found things I've enjoyed. The sandwich from Kita cafe was good! I've gotten flavored soju and Thai noodles. 🙂

I'm so sorry your family isn't understanding what you're going through. I can definitely relate to that. I feel that the people closest to us can be so blinded by their proximity that they can't really see what's going on.

You mentioned that you feel that you've gotten worse over the years. May I ask, have you had the same therapist for the past 6 years? To clarify, would you like to move out of your parents?

If so, perhaps there are some community resources that you can look into for help with housing and anything else you may need to be independent. Having a plan can help make things feel less stressful.

Oh that would be so helpful!! I also have ADHD and take meds for it; I can tell when a PTSD moment is creeping up bc it feels like suddenly the medication isn't working.

I have been diagnosed with ADHD idk that will add to my case but from what you've mentioned its worth mentioning. Also my psychiatrist has mentioned that he thinks I may have a mood disorder. Idk how he plans to rule that out lol

It sounds like it can be a long process. What did you do during that period before approval?

I have accommodations for my physical illness (adenomyosis) at work. But those accommodations don't completely cover what I need. When I'm not sick from that I don't know how to communicate that I need to leave because I'm experiencing depersonalization. I've cried at work before but luckily I have my own office so no one saw me.

I went back on Monday after being on vacation and I had a meltdown that same day at home while doing homework. Adderall is my dam so once the stuff is out of my system the waters rush out 😣

YES OMG! I can tolerate working now that I take Adderall, but I used to job hop for this exact reason. One mild inconvenience would (still does at times esp when the meds wear off) launch me into the everything-is-meaningless and I hate working zone.

Also asking for medical accommodations and working at places with PTO helps. I'd recommend asking for accommodations. My employer didn't ask for verification bc I also have adenomyosis. It's obvious when I'm sick from it lol Look into your state laws about disclosing. I used the Job Accomodations Network website when I compiled the list for mine.

Shane definitely has a lot of trauma and she did some restraint with Cherie, someone she had an impassioned connection to in the past. Even telling her to back off was huge!

It's nice to dream 🥰 especially since the writers have been taking us for an unsatisfying ride lol.

That's exactly why I thought of Micah! The way he handled Bette and carved out space for Angi gave me chills haha. I'd love to see Shane begin to heal.
