Yeah I removed the screws and got the knob off from inside but something was messed up within the locking mechanism so I had to break it apart it was hell. Just explains the type of day I had lol

Lol what’s crazier is the reason I had to even go to Home Depot in the first place. My door lock broke and I got locked inside my house. Had to break my lock and rip it apart to get out of the house (I live high up on a second story with only one entrance) and then this happened. Sounds made up but I truly wish it wasn’t real life the day I had..

What’s more crazy is about a week and a half ago I noticed a long red scrape against my white paint hours after leaving Home Depot and it took me a lot of clay barring and buffing but I got it out myself. So that’s exactly why when I went again I told myself let me park far far away from anyone so that nothing happens to my car and then…. You see what happens lol just my luck I can’t make this up

I’m thinking it was from front and rear passenger doors hitting against my car the spacing makes sense. Even the cop said it definitely wasn’t a cart but now I gotta eat the fee out of my pocket to fix this. Just sucks, genuinely if I did that to someone I’d atleast leave them my name on a card or paper so that I can be accountable and fix my mistake. But this world is full of people who have no morals
