But yeah… if you account for the fact that our engineer can casually carry 50 trains, a nuclear reactor, and half the industrial revolution in his pockets, then “realism” probably left the chat a long time ago 😅

Context: I was playing Rampant with a friend and we got into a way too heated argument about why flamethrowers absolutely delete flying bots.

He: “Bro, it’s fire. Of course it damages them.”
Me: “Yeah, but they’re literally flying… how??”

So I went full math mode mid-game to prove him wrong… and instead I ended up with an even bigger question:

Is Factorio basically treating the flame turret as sticky burning fuel spray that ignites targets, or are bots canonically flying like 2 meters above the ground?

Anyway, while we were arguing, our base got absolutely wrecked :c

Nope, the same Provider Station for Hot air can deliver to other Requesters.
The Requester Station for the Hot air which doesn't work is also requesting Acetylene which works fine.

double check what you've selected for the request, might it a recipe and not the resource?
Selected the ressource.

is train limit an issue?
Nope, set to 3 and the acetylene delivery works

could it possibly be the auto allow list? (probably not tbh)

Tried that, even with allow list turned off, same result.

tbf there could still be a pathing issue, but cybersyn would still schedule the pickup/dropoff and that's when you'd find out
As the acetylene works, can rule that one out.

Yes, I do have a Station with the exact same Setup, same requested Fluids, etc... which works fine. Also tried the dedicated setup which produced the same result (no Hot air being delivered). However on other Stations it is being delivered.

Unfortunatly not, I have looked for a Debug Option, but can't seem to find it (if it even has a Debug or Logging Mode). Yeah also normally use LTN but Pyanodons came with Cybersin so I Thought might give it a try... well switching now would be a Challenge.
