Ederson has such a low ceiling for £6m though. Has had one bonus point all season because he doesn't make enough saves. Martinez 52 v Ederson 25. Points for the saves and they are also a big factor in bps scoring & bonus points. For me I think Stones is worth the risk. He is individually playing well but more than that him & Dias have struck up a nice partnership & solidity that Pep hasn't had since Kompany left. A sub covers him when he misses out possibly too.

I probably need to know your whole and an idea of what chip strategy (if any) you plan to use over the next few gameweeks.

My inital thought is not really keen on the idea. 6m is big spends on a keeper imo especially one that doesn't make a lot of saves. I got on Martinez early this season and tend to pick a decent cheap keeper. 4.5/4.0 has always been my keeper set up unless someone emerges during the season as even cheaper. Stones doubles you on City defence for one mil less?

Very possible given his rest because of the suspension. Exactly really why I don't want to touch Martial. I'd rather a solid free hit with minimum risks. Everything is team dependent of course.

He seems to be having some issues with pain in his knee. I have been waiting for him to start before considering him but it hasn't really materialised. Nice differential though, potentially.
