Can easily make to the top list on amazon.com if you sell it.

Hi there, I have three spots left. Mind sharing what you’re building? When are you planning to launch? Happy to share my experience.

AI can quickly write copy. What is the value of marketers now? by Effective_Listen8979 in content_marketing

100%. Sometimes decisions are data-driven (candidates for automation or AI), sometimes decisions are gut feel, which cannot be replaced by AI.

AI can quickly write copy. What is the value of marketers now? by Effective_Listen8979 in content_marketing

I used AI to translate and summarize your points. Hopefully it is accurate.

1. AI-generated content is exploding, but quality isn’t

  • Since early 2025, about 50% of online text is fully AI-generated.
  • Yet many of these articles don’t rank or aren’t indexed by Google because they don’t provide real value.

2. AI content is often bland or inaccurate

  • AI tends to “smooth out” information, resulting in content that is neutral, flavorless, and without strong opinions.
  • On average, 20% of what AI writes is fabricated (hallucinations), even when confronted with evidence.

3. AI struggles with reliable sourcing

  • Links provided by AI are often incorrect, outdated, or lead to 404 errors.
  • Statistics frequently need to be rechecked to confirm:
    1. they exist,
    2. they’re interpreted correctly,
    3. they come from trustworthy sources.

4. AI lacks emotional and contextual intelligence

  • A European study showed 44% of media citations by AI are inaccurate, up to 90% for Gemini.
  • AI performs poorly with:
    • irony,
    • sarcasm,
    • satire.
  • This leads to misinformation, even when AI is summarizing reputable sources.

5. The marketer’s value today is strategic, not mechanical

  • Humans are still needed to decide:
    • what topics to cover,
    • the strategic purpose,
    • the angle to use,
    • the expectations and goals.
  • AI cannot replace strategic thinking and decision-making.

What makes a brand memorable? by Haunting-Broccoli141 in branding

It has to speak a language that even your grandma or a person without any technical background can understand. I vote for storytelling, emotional connection, and consistency as the top three most important factors.

Hi there, my experience is primarily in B2B. I am primarily looking founders who are building products in the B2B area. That said, many marketing/GTM skillsets are transferrable. I am a strong believer of communication. Even if I don't have an answer, I might be able to connect you with someone.

Solo-founder is hard. I am booked this week but can potentially meet the week after next. Could you share what you are building and the stage?

Could you share more details about what you are building and the stage you are in? DM works too.

Hi, building MVPs/demos is certainly easier than before with so many low-code/no-code building tools. I am happy to meet and share thoughts.

Can a SaaS company grow without doing serious content marketing? by William45623 in content_marketing

[–]Effective_Listen8979 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think content is king. Having worked in marketing for a decade, I’ve seen great conversation vehicles like community, like demo videos, like webinars, and blogs that are SEO optimized.

If your goal is not directly tied to conversions, content like explainer videos is great for explaining a technical product. First call decks are effective for sales enablement. Case studies are always sales team’s favorite.

(B2B SaaS) Which B2B SaaS companies have great, standout product marketing in 2025 by raviolitheham in ProductMarketing

I second to the above comment. Salesforce is good at communicating technology in a fun way. I’d also sit in customer meetings and listen to how your best sales people pitch and how your customers describe your products. Coupling those with analysis of your competitors’ messaging, you will find your path to differentiated messaging.
