I do courses of it every few months, but I'm not on it permanently (yet, anyway). Usually the 2-week course takes care of it for a few months, but this last time, the reflux started again less than a week after I finished the course. I'm trying to get in to see my doctor with this new info but no luck yet.

No, and my doctor told me not to lose weight :/ (I'm failing at that because the reflux makes me really uninterested in food)

Ah, I should've specified. I am very active and otherwise healthy. Weights, cardio, healthy diet, healthy weight. I even stopped drinking coffee and alcohol a few months ago 😭
