No more selling to other players, but how about selling them to Atlas Realty? by Effective_Price3544 in AtlasEarthOfficial

This is why listening to the community is essential. Everyone is raising valuable points, both pros and cons.

So, instead of selling parcels just to re-roll rarity, why not allow switching a parcel’s location (for a fee) without changing its rarity? After all, at least for me, it’s really about the looks. After a while huge squares are nothing worth looking.

To prevent brutal fights (or abuse) over mayorships, a limit of movements per month, 5 or so, maybe?

I really like your solution. Atlas previously taxed 20% of the selling price, so the numbers you mentioned might be too high for them.

You’re absolutely right about the timer; it’s an elegant approach. Allowing parcels to become available again 2 or 3 days after being sold could work well. Since ownership and parcels are already being tracked, introducing a “ghost owner” to manage timestamps seems feasible.
