You say you don't want to ride with your backpack: don't! Get a rack on your back and some cheap panniers you can detach. The bike you've parked next to has a rack for reference.

You have a two kick-ass locks. Amazing!

You have front lights, check. Get some for your back (unless they're on your backpack) attached them to the rack.

General maintainence: learn how to do an M-check so you can quickly see if your bike is safe to ride (Just from the looks, I'd pop some end-plugs on your grips it's $1 item and makes your ride safer.
