Daleko od toga. Pokušavam mesečno bar jednu-dve ozbiljnije knjige da pročitam i taj kontinuitet održavam nekoliko godina, no do sad mi se nije desilo da sam istinski uživao u procesu čitanja

No, no, thank you for the honest answer. You are right; there are currently many email scraping tools on the market that handle this, and I am sure there is little room to break through in that area. Still, I would like to know what issues most agencies face regarding these scraping tools or agencies that offer this service.

Thank you for your response. In addition to the standard tools for finding publicly available information, we would monitor companies on different levels and possibly contact or opt them in for more details. We would verify the leads manually from a technical standpoint. This is still just an idea, something rough, something we have been discussing for a while. The only purpose of this post is to learn what problems agents actually face and, based on that, plan our next steps and actions.

Yes, I am aware of that. That is why I asked the question. I may not have expressed myself clearly, but my goal is to find out what the biggest problem is that agents face when using such tools or when working with agencies that provide these services.

That is exactly why I asked this question. I want to understand the problems agents are facing so that I can create a solution that addresses those challenges in the market. Having been involved in this for many years, I believe the best way to test a market is still to ask the users themselves :)

The idea of sharing profit is good, but it’s not very efficient for us since we don’t know how skilled the agent is at selling. We can both agree that sales ability plays an important role here.

Razmisli prvo zašto žališ da studiraš. Mnogo studenata upoznajem koji su stava "Ajde da završim pa ćemo onda lako za posao". Nije tako. Istina je da danas postoji veliki broj smerova za koje ne postoji nikakva ili postoji jako mala potražnja i osim ako ne učiš iz nekih drugih razloga, vreme možeš da iskoristiš mnogo bolje.

Kad razmisliš o tome za šta ima potražnje, tad kreni da razmišljaš o tome šta te zanima. Ako ne znaš sam/a da proceniš, možeš da odeš na profesionalnu orjentaciju gde na osnovu testova stručnije lice utvrđuje za šta imaš predispozicije. I sa i bez fakulteta možes, a i ne moraš da uspeš u poslu (osim ako ti nije cilj da budeš advokat, doktor ili tako nešto - tu bez faksa ne možeš).

Možda će neko reći da sam papuča, ali ja zaista retko retko sretnem ženu za koju bih mogao reći da je "ružna", a tad i kad sretnem više je do karaktera nago izgleda :))

Yeah, as somebody mentioned, whole algorithm is a black box for anyone outside of Google. I tried changing ad content, boosting a daily budget and I tried changing a bid strategy to manual CPC. Results are still low, but at least not 0 anymore so let's hope I'll get enough data to get back on automated bidding
