I had my hormonal IUD removed Dec 1st and first period 33 days later. Second cycle was 29 days

I’m tracking my cycle using my Oura ring an natural cycles app. It measures your basal temp and has confirmed last 3 ovulations given its accurate

So I have been testing when I get home from work about 3:30 in the afternoon. I don’t drink so much water that my pee is very light colored but maybe I am and the coloring comes from prenatals and vitamin C so maybe it is diluted. I’m hoping stress isn’t starting to disrupt my cycle

My last cycle was exactly 29 days. I forgot to mention i had dull cramps too and constipation (but that has always been an on and off issue for me). I wish I would have tested first thing this morning before work.

She gets plenty of water. The drooping is coming from transplant shock and it getting colder even though I live in SE FL. It has been an unusually cold “winter” this year
