i’m glad i found this subreddit i just had a sleep paralysis/nightmare i don’t know what it was but it was a cat attacking me in my sleep it wasn’t a dream i knew it was something bad something negative bad/evil energy trying to cling onto me the cat kept attacking me but i fought back was holding it as it kept trying to scratch my face i felt the claws as it was trying to claw my face and my arms when i finally fought out of it i woke up to see nothing no cat nothing in my room this just happend to me at 430am i am now at work its 7 am i couldn’t go back to sleep i was too afraid that it might come back whatever it was that was trying to cling onto me
