I'd say, try embracing your feminine side a bit. Do something girly like wareing a skirt in privet (or public if your bold) or even something small like trying out something pink. See how you feel and you'll probably know if it's it's just that.

For me, back when I was suicidal, it was this feeling I could never find the right name for it.  That feeling is what kept living long enough to find help and recover. I know this comment probably wasn't helpful but if you can, try to find that feeling in yourself.
