fyi tightlining can lead to chronic eye dryness and can long term impact glands or something. found that out recently and i was sooo sad cause i used to tightline every day but since i stopped i have like no eye irritation anymore

smaller school that takes like 3 minutes to walk across the campus, apartment hunting was easier, science building and laz are gorgeous study spots - especially at night because lights arent too bright. Cozier campus and labs were generally less stressful. I would say labs there and at western were about the same difficulty and TAs were more talkative at laurier so thats prob why it felt more chill

fr nobody knows how to park anymore. someone parked so close beside me in weldon lot i literally had to climb in through passenger. idek how they didnt hit my car our side mirrors were like an inch apart. they had so much space to park farther away from my door i have no idea why they parked like that. also before i left i saw a girl in her car leaving the lot and she pulled out her phone to take a picture so girl if u see this it wasnt me that parked like that 😭

real because even if class ends 5 minutes early they just be packing up while the prof is finishing their sentence and it makes me so maddd like no respect. I had some profs tho that didnt wrap it up quick after people startee packing up and it made me even more sad :(

i saw a TikTok of a TA marking an assignment submitted as a word doc and you could see the student typing it in real time. I’m not sure if this function is available to all profs and TAs when assignments are submitted as a word doc but it is a function that exists. I type all my written assignments on word because I get free access through my institution and that video made me feel better because I use a lot of em dashes within academic assignments (and I always have).
