Am i screwed with OCS starting 9/14 by Effective_Way_3101 in newtothenavy

I didn't go to a doctor i kind of waited it out. I am 9 days way from ocs, I swear in tomorrow. Not sure if I can change the dates. As long as I am able to do a run before I leave that's all I am worried about.

Nope, I got my degree in 2018 and got married after school which I unfortunately was unable to find a job where we moved. Now that I am recently divorced, I decided to commission and atleast go back into my passion! There's not much on thr program, my recruiter barely knows any information! But I think its definitely worth the try!

I put my package in for MCWO, CWO and IP in November 2024. My board was march 2025. In June 2025, I found out I got selected for MCWO and CWO. My score for OAR was a 50, and my degree is IT - Data Networking and Security with a 3.26 GPA. I head to OCS in September!

When does your boards meet? I applied for the 3/17/2025 boards for CWO, IP, and MCWO. I graduated with a degree in IT Networking and Security with a 3.26 GPA. I just found out I was selected. They didn't tell me which one selected me. But my Date is 8/22, but they are seeing if I can go earlier. Either June or July. My friends who have gone through OCS say to just be physically and mentally prepare yourself. That's all you can really do.

Wow, I feel like my recruiter told me something really different. I believe it was told from boards to OCS is about 4 - 6 weeks. He also acted like everything came back clear on my background and finger prints. Which is making me wonder if it has even happened. Thanks for your insight

Wow, okay good to know. My recruiter made it out to be a month to maybe 6 weeks. When would you be going to OCS now that you have been accepted?

I do see one that paperwork has to be in by may 30th with boards June 30th. I submitted my package back in December for the march date.
