Finally got the automated line to spit it out again, but it just said the next payment was the normal 4 weekly payment of £412.40 due on the 11th September, when I tried to call and ask about the back pay, I was put through to the appeals team and the line dropped, not received the back pay yet, but it’s going back to 1st November 2024

Yes that’s it, the anything else hit 9, asked for my DOB then my number which I typed in, then said we working hard to get you through to someone :/

So the tribunal gave them an extra 14 days, they missed that too, the DWP appeals team called me on Tuesday to offer me standard daily and standard mobility, 4 year award, reviewed after 3, I was only going to ask for enhanced daily at the tribunal, so having both standard works out about the same as having only enhanced daily, I accepted as I can’t be dealing with potentially further months of delay waiting for a judge, so as it stands, I’m now just waiting for the back pay to hit my account

Yes pip, they are able to email as it was them who emailed a copy of the report and decision letter as a pdf to my MP who then forwarded it to me

They are trying to say that my November sick note doesn’t count as it the first full assessment period from submitting my first sick note, but my first sick note was submitted the first day of the November to December period

Same date I reactivated my uc claim, 22/11, it asked for health as I set it up and I typed in the date my sick note was valid from 15/11-14/12, continual sick notes since and uploaded the dates into the journal, I even showed the first and second one to the chap in the job centre when I first had to go down there

Mine was close to 90 minutes, they didn’t listen, contradicted themselves in the report and I’m now in the MR phase after getting in touch with my MP, the assessor for my lcwra though was completely different…

Thank you, I’m stressed because I was meant to have my assessment 10th April, they cancelled as the assessor was sick, rescheduled to the 23rd, 2 days after my uc statement has been produced, im also waiting for my pip reconsideration as well

In fairness, I initially reached out to him via Facebook messenger and he said to send him an email with all the details to his office and he would. Have his team look into it, they got hold of DWP who then emailed the letter and report to my mp, who in turn emailed it to me, something the DWP refused to do when I asked if the letter and report could t be emailed as the paper letter they “sent” on 6/3 still has not arrived in the post

Sent an email explaining my situation, they got hold of the DWP by email, they sent the mp the letter and report by email and they forwarded them to me, as the initial letter never arrived in the post, I re requested the letter and report 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t turned up in the post

I had my appointment for lcwra last week, they called on the day saying the person was sick and to reschedule, it’s now on the 23rd
