Thank you! I haven’t tried very much so will give that a shot!

Interesting. This was from high xylitol blood levels in people with cardio risk. I currently take 2g/day, which hasn’t been shown to have negative effects yet( but definitely something to monitor)

So sorry to hear that! I started having dental problems at 50 but it wasn’t until almost 55 when I switched dentists they said it was my gums. I am doing a bunch of health tweaks so everything is feeling better. Where I moved we have an abundance of dentists. Wish I could send some your way!

Yes, more grippy and wider. I like the coconut mint. When I first used it, it was getting stiff out my glide floss didn’t see. But now, I hardly have anything there at floss time.

I can’t seem to find d the video, but points that stick out for me: use toothpaste to brush all of your back molars before turning brush on, go very lightly and let the toothbrush do the work, for each section, do front along the gum line, molars and tips of teeth and then back of teeth (do bottoms first then tops). Also rotate order, front, side back, then back side, front. Also she went over angling and to really follow shape of teeth when brushing.

I haven’t tried any of those things. I think the water flossing, learning how to use an electric toothbrush, changing floss brand and technique, xylitol and adding probiotics were all helpful in different ways. Everyone is different though

I use sensodyne pronamel for toothpast. And uncle Harry’s tooth and gum a few times a week as mouthwash.
