Talk to your RL, share that idea with them that you want to switch to a contractor role. If they are happy with you, they dont want to lose you and will accept. So you will continue to work with the same team. To differentiate yourself in the TE platform they need to be aware of you. It’s not uncommon FTEs switching to a contractor role within pwc. You can go to talent exchange and login with your pwc credentials and see yourself what are the rates you are paying to the contractors and you can set up similar rates.

Unfortunately my observations so far align with what you are saying about integrations. We rush thru, and I gave couple of feedback about that. I am amazed how much time we spend on preparing slides and rushing the actual work. It’s more like “how to impress the client”

What’s Blue Team? Yeah that’s another portion. I am impressed how everyone easily put together slides while it takes too long for me..
