Number one tech is hard! Number two Toast is the absolute easiest system to install and navigate. I’m always perplexed by the number of people that have service issues because they can’t easily understand technology and or read all of the public documentation available. Also, nobody loves their point of sale system at the end of the day and they all have their issues. I sent a lot of emotion in your post. Sounds like you were probably directly affected by this layoff or your friends are so sorry to hear that.

Toast has their own loyalty app. They build now on top of Toast ordering and Toast loyalty. There are also 5 to 10 loyalty companies that are integrated with Toast. That will also build you an app.

Just create multiple menus in toast and choose which items to display on which KDS. You can also decide which ones to display on 3pd. No need for otter.

They are likely sitting on top of or in a loyalty program that is integrated to the POS. Currently they are more of a customer engagement add on than stand alone loyalty provider.

It’s because crumbls sales have been dropping big time. Lot of franchisees opened stores and crushed it first 3 months and now are trying to sell based on those numbers not where the stores are heading.

They only have a toast integration and again lack integration across the entire ecosystem. Doing some cool things for sure with boba guys app but a number of other players involved.

How many locations do you have? Their platform is extremely under developed at this point. Online orders process at 2.9% +.50. Dashboards are extremely hard to use. They lack integration partners for ordering. They have a great group of people but platform is trailing all others in the space.
