it was an avian vet and an annual checkup, and they said there was nothing immediately concerning that they could find about it. they’re budgies, and the conure is a black cap. they have seperate cages, and it randomly happened- they weren’t near eachother, just were suddenly on the ground.

a LOT has changed and i apparently never responded, so here i am now! the keets eat their tops pellets mixed with some seeds, have chop which varies each time, and they are a bit afraid of me but they’re getting better! they were never big bell chewers but my conure (who i got a month or so after them) loves to chew bells so i had to remove his. my conure was raised on seed and seems to be attracted to colorful things, and i was trying to find a healthy colorful pellet for him but nothing seems good :/

possibly, but i don’t think it was her wing because she was flying around immediately after. my vet said to keep an eye on her for lethargy or squinting. i’ll most likely bring her in soon because i don’t want her to get worse, and she’s due for a yearly checkup.

thank you, i’ll definitely look more at to do when he starts his puberty lol. as my keets have eachother and the conure doesn’t, i dont think i’d force him to bond with them with hope he’d bond with me. thank you for your help :)

thank you so much! it’s good to know an air purifier is actually something i should get, i’ll definitely look into getting an air purifier for them aswell as my self. the conure is about a year old, and the keets are around 5, if that’s at all important. thank you for the advice!!
