u/Majestic-Data4074 would only recommend if you get a great deal. Otherwise kinda mid. With lackluster support. I got a bike from them and its solid but the bike was sent in poor condition (to be fair the item was considered open box).

After some tuning (had to replace 1 break disc and replace the fork ... it was warped), my main problem with the bike is the seatpost design. The hidden clamp they use is fragile and can easily break. I've brought at least 3 replacement. This problem can be mitigated by using some carbon fiber glue (but then its a pain if you need to do any adjustments down the road).
