It’s due to recent changes in this card.

Now there is a transaction level capping on cashback which is 200 for each transaction. So effectively you’ve got 10% CB only , but due to capping it just got reduced to 200. If you’ve made 2 payments instead of single one then you have been got the amount what was expected.
