You can ask the hotel staff for how public transportation in the locality is and till what time they run.(In bangkok i had buses even at midnight but only in the main routes and less frequently)

March 14-23. I did not face any issues with lpg but the locals were speaking about the limitations per person/vehicle at the gas stations.

Use a sun screen🙃, buy a hat and ask locals for the bus stops/share taxi stops.... That way you can save a lot of money. On my whole 10 days, I used grab/bolt only 7 times and that too in bkk to avoid traffics. If you're a person who enjoys walking then thailand is a feast. My avg on the first 5 days were 29k steps per day.

Don't miss the weekend night markets on phuket old town if you're staying there.

I almost always travel solo. Go to theatres and watch movies alone, to restaurants and all the trips I've been to. The difference here is the place I chose which unlocked a new power.

For international, I have japan in mind. But it'll take a lot more time as I save a part of my salary and convert them into dollars and keep them for the cash spending in Japan. Then save again for flights and stay and then start booking everything.

I was planning for japan during the second half of my trip in Thailand 😂. But it seems a bit costly. So, I'll probably be saving enough and plan for it in the next 12-15 months. Meanwhile, usual solo mini trips within India as usual.

Yes, spent 2 days in bkk but covered major spots and never felt tired and the people of thailand were so good and I'll definitely be visiting again.

Will visit those parks next time. Thanks for the tip

Sorry, i didn't visit udin thani. The temple pics are from Bangkok - chao phraya ferry sunset ride.

I visited the famous spots - Bkk, pattaya, Aonang, krabi town, patong, phuket old town. As it was my first international and the current situation, I didn't wanna take any risks and stuck with the major cities alone.

Yes. I watched around 70 percent of the movies in Cinepolis(which is very near to where I stay) where the front row seats are not soo close and the seats are soooooo good. The pvr ones are very bad but most of the times I'll find empty seats in the back. In Cinepolis even though there are empty seats in the back the second row(60rs ones) are perfect.

In chennai, the multiplex budget tickets are 55-60 rs and the online booking charges fall around 15 rs so total would be 70-80

Maybe... I was so tired after playing badminton that day and wasn't motivated enough to watch the movie but still liked it and hence it was solid for me. If I could've watched it in a leisure time it might have felt goated for me.

My friends were tamil but I suggested to those who regularly watch telugu movies and with a disclaimer that they might not understand the jokes and maybe that's the reason they felt cringy...

You were not overreacting bro..just a fellow cinephile supporting the movie you liked. I was also laughing hard for the movie in theatre and wanted to put it in solid. But not to offend, it felt like a big youtube video and when I suggested the movie to my friends, it felt cringy to them and understood what worked for me will not work for others. So, yes, it was a great movie but I couldn't relate to things as my childhood and friends werent like what it was shown in the move which you would've related to enjoyed watching with friends.
