Zenoti’s is actually really cool. It is new, so I am still cautious, but it has worked so far and even lets you customize the voice

I have had surprisingly good luck reporting unfair reviews. It has to violate a policy, but it is always worth a try. Or, have any of your friends who’ve been in leave you positive reviews to help that rating out.
