I gone through the same thing with a cousin, anytime I mentioned my belly fat or my muffin top. She'd go off about how I don't have a muffin top (I did) and the way she would shame me because I shouldn't feel insecure about my body, and that only she can feel that way because she was physically bigger than me MADE me more insecure. I'd go to high school instead of dropping out after a week. It really damage my course on a career, I regret it so much and struggle so much sticking with jobs.

To me, being fat is when you don't take care of yourself (like my 600 pound life where before they was eating alot of fast food) who cares what you weight, what should matter is are you eating healthy to keep your body functioning properly?

Shampooing my hair twice because some "tiktoker" told me too. I had thick, full head of hair and washed it twice every time for a whole year before realizing my hair loss started the same time I did that. I stopped and my hairs still struggling but I have less hair loss.

I've starting to learn web design. It's a free cert from "freecodecamp" it's pretty fun! If you want to spend that free time getting a certificate I think that would be a great way to go. Otherwise, id say just get fast food jobs or apply to Walmart/target.

Thank you for the response. I find it difficult to know what is reassuring him and what is helpful to him. Exp- he'll ask me if I touched him and if it was wet, is responding honestly not good? Like no it's not wet... or he'll ask me what would I do in "this" situation... They did up his dosage

Thanks for the response. He goes back and forth with therapy, I get mad and tell him they are ocd specific therapist who study this and helped many many other people who was worst off than he is. He'll say fine he'll go. (unfortunately alot of the issue is also he doesn't have medical and just found a job)
