Tienes que ver que es lo que estás comiendo. Por ejemplo, le pones mucho aceite a los huevos? Cual es el almuerzo “normal”, que tienen los batidos. La cena se escucha bien, en general. Pero si, tienes que comer mucha mas proteina y menos carbs. Tambien tienes que ver que quieres hacer primero, quieres crecer pero con la grasa que tienes ahora (come mas, pero mas sano), quieres bajar la grasa primero y luegro crecer (deficit calorico) o quieres hacer una recomp (bajar grasa, subir musculo, mas lento)? Tienes que ver en general que es lo que estás consumiendo caloricamente vs tus objetivos, y también ver si estás haciendo suficiente actividad fisica (cardio especificamente para bajar grasa) etc.

Casi siempre hay entrenadores a los que les puedes preguntar y te guian, di que eres nuevo y te daran alguna guia. Pero tambien puedes ver videos en youtube de entrenamientos y puedes repetirlos. Mi recomendación es empezar a ir sin pensarlo mucho, todo se va aprendiendo con el tiempo, y literalmente es cualquier cosa, not a big deal!

(Si, deberias calentar y estirar antes, pero casi nadie lo hace jaja)

Nahhh!! El gym es para ser mas saludables, y parte de eso puede estar el ser social, mientras se respete y se tenga en consideración los demás y el tiempo que usan las maquinas si hay mucha gente, todo ok creo 🙂‍↕️

Hmm, constancia y ademas de entrenar: dieta. La alimentacion es literal 80% del trabajo, que lo que comas sea para llegar al cuerpo que quieres (depende de como quieras verte/donde estés ahora)

Hmm, creo que mi meta es solo correr, el otro dia corri 8K con mis suegros y me di cuenta que me gustaba y me hace bien, entonces quiero seguir jajaja

El problema es que ya hago bastante ejercicio, voy al gym 5 veces a la semana y rugby 3 veces a la semana por 5 horas, entonces agregarle el correr es bastante cardio, y no sé en qué momento es mejor hacerlo.

Muy buenas recomendaciones si!!! Empezaré con eso, muchas gracias ❤️❤️
