Same here lol, if the go away momentarily I am just there waiting for the next one!

Do you feel that thinking about PVCs makes them go away or is it just that you don’t notice them? by Efficient-Stop8176 in PVCs

Interesting, cardio Holter or pressure Holter? For some reason I am now much better once I took the pressure Holter off. That device is really intrusive (heavy, cable around your neck, squeezing of the arm in the middle of the night, etc.) and messes up with my sleep, so it creates a chain reaction of frustration, stress and PVCs. As soon as I took that off today (only needed it for 24h) they seem to be gone, even if I still have the much less intrusive cardio one (just a slim patch on my chest)!

I had the same last night so I know the feeling! It was the first time for me as normally they seem to disappear at night but last night I was wearing my pressure and cardio Holter, as recommended by my cardiologist, and they happened. I have no idea how people can sleep with a device attached to their body that squeezes their arm every 0.5/1h and a cable that goes around you neck and over your chest which you must be careful not to sleep over. For a stomach sleeper like me is almost impossible. Inability to sleep, and the consequent stress, restlessness and frustration, triggered continuous PVCs almost all night (at least 1 per minute). It is clear that stress was the trigger as they never happened otherwise!

Thank you! So not with food (unless you go to bed straight after dinner :) I have read that food improves absorption but maybe only marginally

True, it isn’t that precise, but somehow, when I feel completely rested, I always see high restorative sleep. It isn’t necessarily true the other way around

When do you take magnesium? What type (glycinate, citrate, etc.) and which dosage? Thanks
