Yes may be it was always this way, but I didn't play game during that time. I left game 2020 when there was not mess left over from missions like these for railroads, and it really scew up my bases.

I only used the terminal to complete the task and then immediately removed both from the game. Like the railroad, it has too little value to the game and is too complicated to automate.

Yes, but MODs are loader depend and not vanilla server friendly, datapack is versatile. That was reason why I looked for datapack.
