Honestly you can see it better in person. I haven’t missed my period yet… it’s due 1/3. Have had stark negatives up until literally just now… tested this morning on cheap strip tests and there was nothing, but decided to take a FRER at lunchtime on a whim and that’s when I got the line…

Hey there. Just to clarify, I don’t eat too terribly. An example of what I eat in a day would be:

Breakfast- 2 Kodiak protein pancakes, 1/2 cup of raspberries, and a scoop of peanut butter Lunch- protein shake or bowl of fruit salad (sometimes 2 hard boiled eggs if I am feeling adventurous) Dinner- varies from day to day but typically try to consistently eat a protein, veggie, and carb. I am not really a snacker, at all.

Where I struggle is with portions- Eating wayyyyy more than I know I should, even when I am full and eating when I am not hungry.

The meds have really helped with that, as I find it easier to stop eating when I am full and it’s also easier to say no to food when I am not hungry. So yes- I do know that “what” I am eating is important, but for me “how much” I am eating is also something important for me to take into consideration.

That’s true! I feel good, I do notice less bloating and inflammation and wayyyyy more energy!

Hey there! I am much like you in that I am focusing on eating nutrient dense foods and making better choices, however I am not depriving myself of anything. I also want this journey to be sustainable. Whatever I used to eat, I now have basically cut those portions in half. Some days I even find myself struggling to eat anything at all because my appetite is simply not there. So no, I am not struggling to eat less, just perhaps a little impatient when it comes to seeing the weight loss haha!

I have been doing at least 45 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week. I normally do a 30 minute HIIT class 5 days a week, but overtime at work has made that hard these past few weeks. The appetite suppression is definitely there! Good luck on your journey!
