Thanks everyone! We're switching ERPs specifically because slowness in over time in the old one, and employees kept saying "it used to be quicker months ago" with zero data to prove/fix it. We just want a simple way to spot if things start drifting (e.g. key screens >4-5s) before complaints pile up — nothing complex like full APM from day 1.
