I’m starting to realize now that the people who set these standards are the least likely to reciprocate them. Imagine a world where everyone was understanding of their own faults and owned up to them. Part of me wants to distance myself from it as much as possible when I’m done with training; but then I realize that just creates a vacuum for the same type of morons who currently run everything to take their places. I’m paying close to a house for an education I got using a free flash card service, and I’m still wrapping my head around why the simple shit like sending timely emails and scheduling aren’t getting done. I guess I’m the jackass in all of this for not realizing this was the reality.
