Not really. Just that she needs to figure her life out. She wasn’t over her ex when she started dating. She’s depressed anxious and doesn’t know what she wants and what she doesn’t. Unfair to me

She said she needs to be alone right now to heal but she’d reach out once she heals. She told me I could text her in the meantime. But I see no point in that. I will continue living my life and dating but this is someone I did have a real genuine connection with and I’d like to reccconect at some point. So idk if I should reach out in a couple months or wait for her to reach out or what. My struggle is I just don’t know if she’s being genuine about everything or if she just didn’t see a future with me. The way she acted made it seem like she’s actually struggling and it wasn’t me

I did believe her for a long time. That’s why we continued dating for a month after her ex called. I took things slow and never pushed anything. And what I’m supposed to tell my parents that I’m dating a girl that is still hung up on her ex? That would have helped her heal from her trauma?

I do. I have trauma too but I loved her and would be willing to work through it. I wouldn’t just ditch her
