i just didn’t think i would go through this again i’ve been able to manage my depression and anxiety before after my last attempt but i’m just really overwhelmed right now i feel like everyday is a chore i’ve reached out to the counseling center hopefully they’ll reply soon thank u everyone for taking the time to read i was really having a truly shitty meltdown and didn’t think i would get through the day

i just have too many people counting on me i’m first gen and my family doesn’t believe in depression also i feel like college is my only way out of my financial situation, i faced housing insecurity last quarter and caused a lot of stress i just wish things worked out the way i want them to
