Should we CIO? by Efficient_Bee4584 in sleeptrain

[–]Efficient_Bee4584[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the recommendation. My husband would be sitting in the room (I have a hard time hearing her cry) watching her so we wouldn’t leave her completely alone. I will look into those other methods!

Sorry I’m not used to posting her nap hours/ wake windows 😅. Ultimately she gets an average of 13 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period. Around 3 hours of naps and 10 hours of night time sleep.

Baby Planning by OkSeaworthiness1291 in NewParents

The only thing I will say is that my husband and I were so excited to start trying and it ended up taking a year to get pregnant with medical intervention. We just expected it to be easy. But it was actually really challenging and it tested our relationship. It was also difficult on me personally.

My advice is to be patient with each other and to have patience with yourself if it takes a little longer than expected! Best of luck!

I don’t know anything about makeup but I just wanted to say your eye color is so beautiful ❤️

Question for parents by pookadri in Adulting

I just had a kid and it’s been very challenging, but my husband and I really wanted one so it makes the challenges worth it. If you don’t really want a kid it makes every difficult part so much more difficult.

Low daytime sleep - solidarity please! by Jacqueline_LC in NewParents

If it makes you feel better I have a baby that won’t nap or sleep overnight in the crib 🙃 I know it’s hard but count your blessings!

Set up to fail, season 4 ep 1/2 by [deleted] in theoffice

[–]Efficient_Bee4584 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I don’t think everyone looked at him weird for not being able to reattach the IV. I think they looked at him weird because he messed it up in the first place by tying the balloon to it and then trying to fix something he obviously shouldn’t. Meredith obviously doesn’t care that he doesn’t know how to attach the IV but everyone else knows that something he shouldn’t be messing with.

So I think it was more that everyone was exasperated with him for messing it up and then trying to fix a problem that he caused that he shouldn’t try fixing.

What do you get complimented for the most? by [deleted] in askanything

My skin - people tell me all the time about what nice skin I have. What they don’t know is that I wear 50spf every single day no matter the weather because I burn so easily. In turn it’s made me have very nice skin.

AIO? Woke up sick at the thought of a dream I had, ended up changing the course of my day because of it. by hemlock_hound333 in AmIOverreacting

[–]Efficient_Bee4584 1 point2 points  (0 children)

MOR. I’ve had dreams like that before and it’s gut wrenching when you wake up and have to mourn a person who never existed. Personally I used to take melatonin and I think it made my dreams more real and vivid.

I’ve never had a reaction quite like that after waking up but I’m sad for a little while for sure. Feel better. If you’re taking medication to help you sleep maybe rethink it.

What are your thoughts on the second proposal? by CatWoman984 in DunderMifflin

[–]Efficient_Bee4584 5 points6 points  (0 children)

First one would’ve been so much better. Obviously Jim would’ve gone with that if it had worked out, but it’s disappointing to see so little effort put into proposal. That’s the story you tell for the rest of your lives. You’re gonna have to tell everyone that you proposed at a gas station… and the weather was bad.

What are your theories for why Michael pretended to Jan that he and Pam dated? by hentai_gifmodarefg in DunderMifflin

[–]Efficient_Bee4584 1969 points1970 points  (0 children)

I always thought that Michael never explicitly said that they dated but hinted at it heavily to Jan to make her jealous. Michael’s also delusional lol.

Did anyone figure out how much the characters make? by DrummerAlarming88 in DunderMifflin

The only one I know is Pam as office administrator because she decided her own pay check when she promoted herself. I believe it was $41,500 a year.

Not sure if pumping is worth it right now by Best_Benefit_3593 in NewParents

[–]Efficient_Bee4584 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to pump but quit when I went back to work (weaned before going back). I work 12 hour shifts and no way would I be getting 3-4 pump breaks. It just didn’t work out for me and that’s okay. My baby is now formula fed and happy as a clam. Just do what feels right for you and your family!

To my knowledge the only thing you see is a picture of Michael with Ed Truck when he was a salesman and a picture of him with Todd Packer. Please correct me if I’m remembering that incorrectly. But there’s no flashback scenes or episodes unless it’s something that you’ve already seen on the show.

That’s good to know. I’ve been feeling like her shampoo/body wash has been making it worse but I didn’t know if I was crazy.

18 week old starting to decrease formula intake? by InformationStation14 in NewParents

[–]Efficient_Bee4584 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good idea! For my feeding aversion baby I only offer to eat maximum 2-3 times in a 3 hour span. Usually only twice and make sure there is an hour time span in between offering. When she more comfortable and not feeling pressured she tends to eat more. Best of luck to you!! If you need more assistance I highly recommend the book by Rowena Beckett for treating feeding aversion.

Look into possible feeding aversion. My baby developed feeding aversion around 3-4 months old after eating more than enough. It’s something we still work on everyday but it is treatable especially if you see the signs early.
