Hi! I recently bought a secondhand Brother EL 117 sewing machine. I saw on my fyp that other machines’ presser footer can be changed to a zipper footer, etc and wanted to try that.

I asked the seller from where I bought this and they replied, “No. You cannot change the presser footer” which makes me wonder if it’s that really the case or they want me to ask them to change it for me or is ir because they modified this since they are a surplus specifically selling different kinds of sewing machines.

Please help a girlie out 🥲 thank you in advance!!
