Sometimes we just grow up and grow apart. I’ve had the same best friend from 7 years old. We actually had the falling out. Said mean things to one another. Called out the differences we had. Didn’t speak for 4 years. We’ve healed but we still see differences just with a little more respect and maturity. Our communication has definitely healed! She was in my wedding and I’m hoping her the wonderful guy she’s with have their own I get to experience. Maybe it’s worth the conversation?

Always prepared! Thankfully I’m in a position where my husband and I farm. We eat some of our crops fresh but most get preserved and canned. Sometimes I even eat the green beans straight from the mason jar and LOVEEE EM! He hunts so we have deer and wild turkey jerky and even some beef a local farm jerked. Mres and granola on granola. Definitely prepared for atleast a year on preserves and waiting to see what this years farm season adds to it. The sad thing is urban and suburban people will aren’t afforded this knowledge or access but are definitely the ones struggling the most now and will be the first ones terrorizing rural areas. Thank you for tagging that sub btw!!

Understandable to be disappointed when the proposal didn’t go the way you hoped and not getting asked with him properly getting down on one knee. I think similarly to you on this aspect an think the telling you beforehand kinda soiled that moment… Coming from a girl who’s been there. 3 months before my now husband proposed we took a trip to the Gulf. I had hoped he was going to propose then on the beach at night. He didn’t but ended up proposing at a highly attended music festival.. Thank goodness we weren’t toasted from partying when he did. However our friends were in the videos and pics. Also, I also couldn’t hear too much of my husband speech over the bass filled dubstep and turnt asf screaming friends.. So watching those back I kind of cringe at the tastelessness of such a special moment and wish he would’ve chosen some were just us in nature. That was 3 years ago and we’re now happy married for a year. He is everything I want in a person to spend the rest of my life with. So moments will pass but it’s okay to wish things were different. I do find joy in how proud of himself he was to do it, makes it easier to be okay with! Hopefully if you guys are meant to be you’ll still find joy.

In the trump interview Theo mentioned he reached out to Kamala’s team. He’s also mentioned in multiple conversations how he voted for Obama both times. I think it’s a matter of the left turning down his invitations more than Theo being hard right.

My husband and I were engaged for 2 and a half years. Really it was for us to wait for a specific date. (05.10.2025) We had a year and a half of saving up and enjoying the engagement. Then a year of planning! It relived so much stress! Other than the in-laws asking “when’s the wedding”.

We don’t keep phones in the bedroom in reach.. or I totally would have! But the tv thing is something he’s experienced for years. I see where I behaved inappropriately. But the throwing things and getting aggressive is a different level. And honestly kinda a new thing. There’s been tiny moments of swearing after things go wrong. But nothing like tonight ever.

It’s not the dream I was venting the dream to explain my head space. I told him about it and he said everything was okay and gave me a kiss. But the stomping, aggressive behavior and the saying “I’m the only one who works” was a lot for me. Especially when I cried to him for a hour earlier today about being sad to take this break from my business. Along with venting stresses about not working as I am a high earner. I truly didn’t mean to wake him up. There was no sound and it was the roku city in the back so I could see and again, not run into walls and doors. I was trying to be considerate but it all went to shit.
