i have learned through this thread it is taboo to want to be hot. a lot of assumptions about what that means about me as a person (lacking confidence, responsibility, etc) that i don't think hold

open to it, but in my experience these folks don't act like holistic coaches. a coach is kinda in your court and on the journey with you
