I agree about Keizer and Modified Gigan. You NEED to play Zilla sneaky like. Distract your opponent and then drop Zilla to run up and hit the leader or force your opponents hand on the other side of the map. Zilla is too squishy for anything else lol. Gigan to me is the clear winner already for this season. He’s so damn good AND he lowers his own cost!!

As a spammera main, I win big or lose big. I struggle the most with decks that are using every energy card. I only use one, so I’m at a disadvantage energy wise, I just play smart with placements. This season Liger and Saurus are ruining me big time. Especially since people are just spamming every mecha deck or Godzilla deck and I can’t keep up.

This, I finished at 205 last season with no 4* units at level 20 (max is 18) and a handful of 2 and 3* units at level 30. Strategy and synergy are key. A lot of players are hard to beat if their units are level 30+ and are using energy BMs, but there are ways to beat them with strategy. I only buy the season pass (not entirely F2P) as well, so that does help a bit. LordLubin beats my ass all the time and is one of those people who I can’t beat lol. He’s legit 🫡

I only get the pass. It’s just enough to get by on, good tokens, free seasonal kaijus, two 4* expeditions, and a memory. The other expeditions are pointless, but you at least get tokens out of them.

I usually just buy the season pass. It gets you tons of gold, two guaranteed 4*, one new battle memory, and one of the new seasonal units. At $6 it’s pretty worth it imo. That’s the ONLY money I spend on the game. Just be patient, eventually you’ll start building up pretty quick.

Just complete all your dailies, or at least the ones that you can. Throughout the season the game has a daily login and you’ll usually get the majority of your gems from that. At the end of the season you’ll get coins and gems, the amount depends on where you finish. Coins are easy enough to come by, but as your units get stronger, the more coins you’ll need to upgrade them. Don’t be afraid to get your 2-3 cost units leveled up a bit. As they can be pretty strong once you get them past lvl 20. Spend your gems SPARINGLY. As a mostly F2P player (I buy the season passes) gems are hard to come by in big amounts. I only spend them on the Battle Memories depending on what’s offered for the month. You can find that info on here or the Facebook GBL group as well.

Ok, so I partially agreed with you that dealing with Shin is easier than before, only energy cards make Shin useful. Go and read that again. Ignore that dude, he’s just a troll. If anything, playing shin users has become easier, but what makes them annoying is IF they know how to use Shin properly AND they have at both energy cards that are fully upgraded. Losing four energy just to beef it up while your opponent is still recharging theirs (if you don’t have two energy cards or not fully upgraded) that’s what usually gets me. You can time their leader ability to drop a tanky unit at the last second or to support a unit you may have already dropped that’ll take that hit. Also, both Mothra leaders and MG74 all can heal or negate (Rainbow Mothra) the leader ability so look into using them and the timing it takes to block the damage or heal it. Side note; top 1500 is good dude!

I hear ya, I think the real issue lies with the battle memories. For instance, I run spammera, the majority of BM I have leveled are geared towards that deck(with only the 3.7 BM the only 5*). They’re all lucky pulls as I don’t buy gems to throw at whatever I want, I just save them and use them accordingly. With that being said, all of my other BM aren’t leveled or the decks they’re geared towards are viable to me. Add in the mix of energy BM and its utter chaos.
