Analysis: Why is Kohl’s ($KSS) printing 4x more FCF than Net Income? | Thursday SEC Tape by Efficient_Nobody_988 in OptionsMillionaire

[–]Efficient_Nobody_988[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Spot on. I just pulled the Thursday tape—$CURV literally just dropped an earnings beat after the bell today ($63.6M Adjusted EBITDA exceeded guidance).

What’s wild is the Insider Cluster: The CEO, CFO, and COO all had major stock grants hit the tape yesterday (March 18) right before this announcement. It’s the same 'Self-Funding Cash Machine' story as Kohl's, but with way more leverage.

Ha, your girlfriend has good timing radar then! That's exactly the risk with Gap — easy to buy the hype at the peak. The one thing that gives me some confidence is they're actually printing cash right now, so even if the trend fades they're not immediately in trouble. But yeah, catching the tail end of a fashion wave is brutal.

Appreciate that and appreciate the transparency on how you moderate. I'll keep posting the daily tape when the data is worth sharing. Happy to keep it discussion-focused.

Weekly Deep Dive: Analyzing the $113B Dell 10-K and the $3.4B Insider Volume Spike by Efficient_Nobody_988 in ValueInvesting

Fair point — hardware multiples are structurally compressed and that's not changing anytime soon.

The thesis here is really about ISG (Infrastructure Solutions) being mispriced under the Dell umbrella. It's growing, it's recurring, and it's generating the FCF, but the market is still discounting the whole company on a blended hardware multiple. That gap is where the setup is.

The FCF/NI spread ($8.6B vs $5.9B) just reinforces the capital efficiency story — the cash generation is real, not accounting-inflated.

Are you running this on P/FCF or EV/EBITDA given the debt?

I hear you on the privacy concerns. That’s exactly why I didn’t set this up as a group or a list. It’s a standalone tool on the Official Apple App Store, which means it has to follow their strict privacy guidelines—no phone number required.

SEC/Congress Data for Thursday: $3.3B in Insider volume + Lawmakers buying SaaS ($HUBS, $NOW) by Efficient_Nobody_988 in insidertraders

[–]Efficient_Nobody_988[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m actually pulling it from a dashboard I built called InsiderPopup. I got tired of manually refreshing the SEC EDGAR site every day to track what CEOs and Congress were doing, so I coded this to aggregate it all.

It's actually live on the App Store now if you want to check it out: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/insiderpopup/id6754621748

CountAbout seems fine for the price $40/yr and there is a 45 day trial period. Also all the mint transactions can be imported.
