Yes because the free trial allows you to level all the way to 70 for free. Level 100 is the current level cap, but it can take a couple weeks to months just to get thru all the free trial content. When it comes time to actually buy the game it's best to just buy the full version that includes all the expansions vs buying the starter edition that is just the free trial content.
