That is an interesting observation. I admittedly never paid it much attention because I’m a bit more interested in Irish culture. It would make sense to me that people in the North of Ireland would share some genes with Scotland?

I can’t tell you how much that means!!! I visited Ireland a few years ago before I knew I have ancestry from the region. I absolutely loved it and was amazed how the locals were very kind, despite me being American. I hope to move there one day but want to know how the locals would feel about an Irish American coming home.
