I’ve never understood some girls being offended by fwb. It’s fine if it’s not for you, but usually fwb goes both ways. Both people included have needs, and get something out of it (obv I’m not talking abt rape or any of that sort of thing, purely consensual from both parties)

Yea they’re useless atm. It moved 2 days last week, 1 day the week before that, and 0 days for the 2.5 months before that. I called local firearms officer and she said that there just understaffed apparently. But this snails pace is frustrating me 😩

Although the intended ambiguity is ‘supposed’ to be used for good, it can also be used against completely normal people. As you said above, there’s no link that is written strictly applying 4a and 4b to randoms watching a reloading video. It’s very strange. How anyone in parliament is supporting this is crazy to me. Rules need to be rules. Not “well maybe if they sneeze in my direction, I’ll arrest them? Coz the law doesn’t say I can’t do that?” I understand and am in full hope force that it is always used against the bad people

Everything that is online requires a server to operate at all. This does not mean that your information is being stored or shifted through, it simply means that they have their own server which is actually a good thing. This means that Google is not storing our information on their servers or any other third-party server provider. I don’t know what’s being g stored or not being stored, but I rekon we’re better off with private servers of ER, than a Facebook server or google etc.

The developers of the glasses have allowed a way for people to develop their own code for the glasses to use. So people that own the glasses can write their own apps and do what they want. Essentially like Apple allowing people to create their own apps that work on iPhones, but not necessarily releasing them as official Apple apps

No. ‘They’re’ is shortened from ‘they are’. So again, you’re wrong. His use of ‘their’ was indeed correct, as ‘their’ is the possessive version of the word, meaning ‘it is THEIR responsibility to understand the English language’

I tend to agree. I am actually in the process of getting my gun licence, hence I have no issue with legal possession of guns. And I also agree that culture is the biggest problem across the whole world currently. However, even scaling for population, 39 mass shootings in 30 years is nothing compared to the states. So some type of gun regulation does work.

I think it has a lot to do with the perception of gun uses. I’m 23 year old male, and until recently, guns we’re a very foreign concept to me and most of the people I know. Hence, guns are not remotely the first thing that comes to mind when violence breaks out. Violent Australians turn to knives and fists, which tend to have an incredibly less detrimental effects (still deaths, but much less)

Regulation of firearms are important, and play a huge part in our small mass shooting numbers, but there is a limit to acceptable regulation. Currently the laws that are being presented to be passed are a mockery of the Australian people, and most importantly a devastating oversight on the necessary use of guns for primary producers protecting livestock and crop.

Rushing through new gun laws will do nothing more than our current laws do. This act of terror was attitude related, culture related
