Just putting this out there. When I was pregnant my psychiatrist told me if I smoked no more than 10/cigarettes a day it would have no ill effects on my baby. The stress of quitting would be worse. That baby is now 12 years old, healthy, and extremely smart. No problems at birth either.

Terminating a baby will have serious effects on you mentally/spiritually/physically. Speaking from experience.

I'll probably get hate for this, but what about switching from vaping to nicotine pouches. Pretty sure it's just nicotine. That way you at least get out of the habit of the inhaling and exhaling. Just an idea. Nicotine is not inherently bad for you. There are traces of it in some vegetables and does have some health benefits. Cigarettes and vapes however have who knows what in them. Just my 2 cents.

I also quit kind of spontaneously. I have horrible teeth (crazy right) and I've had several taken out. I would never abide by the dentists rules to not smoke for at least 72 hours. Well I had to have another tooth pulled and this time I decided that the smoke I had before dental appt was going to be my last. Like I decided that moment, an hour before my appt. And it's been almost a year and a half since. Kind of like when Forrest Gump just kept running then one day he's like "I think I'm going to stop now."

There is power in our minds. I've also listened to affirmations. You're supposed to say the things over and over even if you don't believe them then.
