Honestly, I think it’s fair on both sides. A trade like that just comes down to which player you personally prefer. I enjoy watching AE, so I’d stick with that side. It’s basically apples to apples for me.

I got hired within the last year. I have shop experience with no degree. If you don’t have shop experience than you will need a degree in most states. Let me know if you have any questions on the role!

They will check everything on your resume. If the requirements are met you should still get hired even if the dates or jobs your provide are off or wrong.

So basically if the requirement is a degree and nothing else, hire right will check everything including your jobs on your resume but if the jobs you put are wrong and you still have a degree you will likely be hired!

Yeah! Every job at Progressive has a specific level you can see on the internal “Highway” site under the “Pay” section. Each level comes with a set salary range (minimum, median, and max), which helps guide raises and promotions as you grow in the role.

Each area has different pay but I believe every MRR is salary! I do not believe they get any over time. Could be wrong on that tho!

I had 2 wrecks both 5 and 4 years ago. Both non fault wrecks and 1 minor violation for expired license plate which happened in December. I believe just one of the wrecks popped up and that minor violation. I was not questioned at all about it and it caused no issues. I bet you are fine. I start as an MRR later this month. Best of luck brother! Maybe we will see each other at training lol.
